  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping charges will apply based on actual costs.

 

3. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available. 

To confirm your Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, a 30 to 40% advance payment is required via UPI at the time of ordering. As our products are handmade and custom-made.

4. Can I cancel or return my order?

Cancellations and returns are not accepted once the order is placed.

 

5. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are not available. As,These are handmade premium Products. However, if you face an issue, our team will review your concern and work towards a fair resolution if necessary.

 

6. What happens if I receive a damaged product?

Orchid Resins is not responsible for delays or damages caused by courier services or postal authorities. However, we ensure all orders are securely packed and handed over to the courier or postal services in good condition.
